The services and infrastructure for the Phase 1 was completed in 2016 and the client is sourcing funding for the top structure to be completed for 450 residential units of double and single apartments for social housing.

This iconic museum on the outskirts is due for maintenance and renovation to the existing buildings and servisices. Intsika Architects has been appointed to assist the department to bring the facility to former glory.
